The Transfer Centre for graduate placement and further academic education for skilled personnel and managers of SMEs in the state of Saxony-Anhalt supplies qualifications and skilled employees to meet the demand, develops made-to-measure further education programmes with regional orientation and brings university graduates and companies together.
Short communication pathways, direct exchange and cutting-edge communication platforms support graduates in their search for suitable employers – and vice versa.
For small and medium-sized companies, it offers new opportunities to shape cooperation between business and academia. And it offers graduates numerous ways to give their careers a tangible boost.
Together with the transfer centres of six other universities in the state of Saxony-Anhalt, the Transfer Centre supports:
