Ecotrophology
More depth in the subject, further in the possibilities. The interdisciplinary Master’s course builds on the knowledge of the Bachelor’s degree course. It extends and advances knowledge and skills in the areas of natural science, engineering, economics and social science. Covering the entire nutrition chain, the course deals with the subject complexes of agriculture, food processing and consumers. The highly practice-based course goes far into modern quality management. It deals with Nutritional Physiology, Sensory Analysis, Hygiene and with technological and economic requirements. In addition to managerial positions in the food and home economics industry and with consumer organisations, work in consumer and nutrition counselling is also possible.
