Real Estate Valuation
Project development, marketing and management of real estate: a whole host of new fields of work and career profiles have developed from this core area of real estate management. Only with the necessary specialist knowledge, the right abilities and skills can real estate be competently valued – whether developed or undeveloped. The four-semester course focuses on business-related and legal content as well as site engineering. Graduates are capable of creating sound valuations – whether for real estate funds, banks, insurance companies, local authorities or working as self-employed experts.
