An interdisciplinary course conducted at two locations: Architecture, Facility Management and Geoinformation in Dessau, Economics in Bernburg.  The programme is accordingly varied. In addition to complete facility and property management, the course focuses on advanced scientific work. Property Management, Facility Management, Business, Architecture and Urban Development are linked in a solution oriented and practice related manner. The aim is a lifecycle-oriented way of dealing with property and facilities which keeps in sight the particularities of the location, infrastructure and people. Cost optimisation, property financing and investment also featured in the programme. Depending on the interests of the students, the course can be designed to be broad or specialised. Students can choose from Project Development and Facility Management or Public Property Management – both offer ideal prospects for the future.
