Food Technology
A qualified start in the food industry: the Bachelor’s degree course in Food Technology provides comprehensive knowledge and the latest findings. It brings engineering, mathematical and natural science content to the point – always in the context of the business-related, ecological and safety requirements of the food industry. Students learn to plan, control and monitor technological processes, plants and equipment. There are two specialisation options to choose from: Quality Assurance and Food Technology. The excellent technical facilities and staff guarantee learning conditions that are especially close to practice – and provide students with plenty of application experience.

| Requirements | The general admission requirements for studying at a university of applied sciences (school leaving certificate giving right of entry to higher education, entrance qualification for studies at universities of applied sciences, master craftsman qualification,…) or a previous education recognised as equivalent are applicable. |

| Course structure | Die Regelstudienzeit beträgt 6 Semester. Eingeschlossen sind ein betriebliches Praktikum - 18 Wochen und die Bachelorarbeit - 10 Wochen. |
