Bauhaus Dessau, lifecycle focus, architecture, business administration, engineering, property management, geoinformation: Facility Management is a diverse subject. To ensure ideal prospects on the labour market, the training as a facility manager is interdisciplinary and specialised. Where are synergy effects? Where is there potential for savings in properties? The course focuses on specialised skills and method competence as well as the development of the students’ own social skills. Approachable professors, modern facilities and the four key areas of Service Management, Site Management, Commercial Management and Technical Management ensure an interesting and successful course of study. Application-oriented project assignments and a work placement amounting to 18 weeks advance the knowledge and provide new experiences. A semester abroad is also possible. A 4-semeser consecutive postgraduate course can be taken that leads to the Master of Science.
