Architecture

Located in the direct vicinity of the world-renowned Bauhaus Dessau, inspired by a vivid history of construction and driven by innovation, this degree course is a two semester addition to an already completed Bachelor’s degree. The core areas of Architecture and Urban Development are systematically studied in greater depth. The total of five years of architectural education that are accumulated by graduation fulfils all formal requirements for the application for admission to the responsible professional chamber. The focus of the degree course is on advanced design skills and methodology. The analysis of current issues from cultural, social and human sciences forms a further core element. The latest findings from research and development, new processes, technologies and materials complete the degree course.
