If you have already worked in the food industry or would like to continue to do so alongside studying, you will receive extensive knowledge and the latest findings with this Food Technology distance learning degree. It brings engineering, mathematical and natural science content to the point – always in the context of the business-related, ecological and safety requirements of the food industry. Graduates are systematically taught to plan, control and monitor technological processes, plants and equipment.
