Software Localisation
This course serves as an in-depth continuation of the successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in Software Localisation. Priority is given to the comprehensive acquisition of linguistic and translation skills for English and German. At the same time, it deals with special IT knowledge – in particular from the area of multimedia applications. The students also tackle the practice of technical writing in-depth. Localisation technology for graphic user interfaces and multimedia applications, applied project management and quality assurance round off the course. Guest lecturers from European and American partner institutions introduce interesting perspectives while successful practitioners pass on first-hand experience. The Master’s degree in Software Localisation: an ideal qualification for a growing market.
