Real Estate Management
The prerequisites for the degree course in Real Estate Management: interest in buildings, spaces, people and business. This solid and innovative course prepares students for successfully working in real estate management, business and administration – teaching comprehensive specialist and practical knowledge and skills. The course encompasses the fields of business, law and construction. It is divided into compulsory and compulsory elective modules – and offers various combination possibilities. The standard period of study of six semesters contains exciting content, a work placement of at least 12 weeks and 10 weeks for the Bachelor’s thesis.
